I need good staff for my new server i'm making! you have to be experienced and not just want staff for all the perks that come with it. i'm not the greatest owner ever and i might not know some stuff about servers so i could need youur guys help along the way!

Here is one problem i'm having and i was wondering if any of you know how to fix it? it the letters you see before and after your faction name, do you know how to get rid of this?
