So you have a backup of your console id and want to use it to get online.
You could have created a unban Pkg,but Sony now ban your Psid aswell as your Console id.
Either way your gonna need Stokers Psid app

That's cool n' stuff. But I'm not banned :L I want to MOD my BACKUP so I can HOST.

go to backup utility and put restore it will ask you to pick usb if you have done it correctly it will work.... make sure its in the usb correctly

My bad I never realised that you could use a backup made on another Ps3 if they spoofed it with your console Id.
Pm me the patch you wanna use and once I have finished data transferring I will give this a try
