Here is a chat I just had with Activision I will be hiding the name of the agent and also any information I had to give.
Activision: Thank you for contacting Activision Customer Support. My name is ____. Can I start with your console and gamer name please?

Activsion: Thank you, how can I helpyou?
Me: I seem to be having trouble buying one of the perks in the new zombie map Die Rise
Activision: What trouble do you encountered?
Me: Well, in the spawn room, There is an elevator you go down and while its going down you can see a perk down the hall. The perk is called PhD flopper and there is no way of getting to it. I have done the whole easter egg for the map and still have no luck getting to it. So it would be very helpful if you could tell me if its even possible to purchase PhD flpper on die rise.
Activision: I'm sorry to hear that there is a way to get that perk and unfortunately we are not allowed to give hints.
Me: In your reply above you said "I'm sorry to hear that there IS A WAY to get that perk" So does that mean I can buy it?
Activision: Let me check
Activision: Unfortunately we are not allowed to provide any in game hints. I advised you to go to our forum site and open a discussion about this.
Me: A hint would be telling me a way to find out how to get to the perk. Telling me if I am able to buy PhD flopper on die rise or not wouldn't really be considered a hint.(Lol yes it would but I said it anyways)
Activision: Sorry sir but we are not allowed to provide any in game information
Me: How to i know its not a glitch in the game and its not letting me buy it?
Me: would treyarch put a perk machine in a zombie map and have it where it is not able to be purchased?
Activision: It is really a part of the game and the developer will not put any glitch in the game.

Activision: Developer will not put it in the game if is no way to get that. This is a part of the challenge in the game for you to figure out how to get those perk

Lol if its possible, This still isn't 100% proof you can get it, But this is as close to proof I think we will get to.

just a thought but with the sliquifier if u go down in the goo is sticky and slows u down and when built it goes in the box so others can get it what if 4 people were to shoot it whilst in the lift to slow it down..
