I've just started using Sony Vegas 11 to edit my videos but there's one problem with using it. After I put together a video I export it in either 720p - 1080p but I get some ridiculously large files, like right now I have a 4 minute video I just put together with some short clips of BF3 I recorded with Fraps. (With Fraps all my videos are large so I know putting a bunch of them together will cause for a pretty large file) And after the rendering it ended up 30GB. So I'm just wondering what I should use to decrease the file size without reducing the quality very much, I've already tried a few compressors but none of those work too good even with some settings tweaks. Any help would be great!

30GB? You need to render in MP4*.
