It seems kinda... Weak. They were a good 10-15 steps in the original black ops and gave pretty decent rewards, besides ascension. So for we have one that gives no reward and one that gives perks but is 5 steps. Is this seriously the end of it? And what is up with phd flopper and them saying "upgradable wonder weaponry"
