I have just completed all 12 manager tasks on my new squad ( deleted old one ) and I didn't receive my free gold pack.

It said It would be in the category of "my packs" in the store. But its not. Is there anyway to get it?
How do I contact FIFA?

Try dashboarding your xbox/ ps3 then try again.
Maybe you havent completed one?

I don't think you can get the free pack after you delete your club

You can I'm pretty positive because my buddy did it on his PS3. But maybe that's just PS3.

You dont get a new one after you complete your tasks again. Its only a one time thing.

You can get it on ps3 - but dont dowload the new fut update (if you did just delete it and then press no when fut ask you to if you want to dowload the update)
