Did this partly out of boredom, and partly out of curiosity to see what other special talents there is to be discovered in fifa! (and those to avoid) And to help others, of course! Would be cool if other people could copy/past and fill in the areas, if ya want. It does take a while to do
Best GK: Joe Hart
Why: He just saves shots when it matters. Although, i've never had good experiences with goalkeepers, imo they're all terrible.
Price/Nationality/League: 35k / English / BPL
Rating: 7/10
Other Good GK's: Frey is pretty good in Seria A.
Avoid these GK's: Marchetti or Wiese.
Why: You buy them & they're amazing! Then a few games later and they can't stop anything, ever.
Best LB: Jordi Alba.
Why: He's fast as hell, and stops everyone coming down the left wing. Completely trust worthy. Also gets involved in attacking alot.
Price/Nationality/League: 15k / Spanish / Liga BBVA
Rating: 8.5/10
Other Good LB's: Clichy and Gibbs are good.
Avoid these LB's: Marcelo
Why: I mean he's not bad, but he's WAY overpriced for his quality.
Best RB: Abate
Why: 93 Pace. Nobody can out run him.
Price/Nationality/League: 5k / Italian / Serie A
Rating: 9/10
Other Good RB's: Lahm is a boss, but he's expensive. Johnson is pretty speedy and probably the best (affordable) BPL RB. Juanfran is really impressive aswell, in a Spanish team.
Avoid these RB's: -
Why: -
Best CB: Felipe Santana.
Why: He's a brick wall. The strongest striker won't pass him. He always scores headers and clears corners. His pace feels like 85+, he's just amazing.
Price/Nationality/League: 3k / Brazil / Bundesliga
Rating: 10/10
Other Good CB's: Chiellini is great and 100% reliable. Ogbonna is the Italian Santana. Skrtel is a heading machine, and he feels fast for a BPL CB. Pepe is also great.
Avoid these CB's: Puyol and Terry
Why: Don't let their heading tempt you. These guys have average defending, with the pace of a turtle, you'll get slaughtered.
Best CDM: I want to say Alonso because of his 81 defence and 88 passing, but hes never really worked well for me in CDM. And I rarely use CDMs so Ill leave this one.

Best CM: Fabregas or Pirlo
Why: Both are incredible at setting up plays with their 90 and 92 passing stats. Although Fabregas is better at shooting and general attacking, Pirlo is perfect for taking free kicks and corners.
Price/Nationality/League: 18k or 8k / Spanish or Italian / Liga BBVA or Serie A
Rating: Both 8.5/10
Other Good CM's: Fellaini is everywhere when I use him. He may not be the best, but he definitely works hard. Alonso has his good games, but theres better options. Guarin has the best long shots out of any players Ive ever used!
Avoid these CM's: Ramires.
Why: Hes fast, but feels completely useless. Always loses the ball.
Best CAM: Ozil.
Why: This guy has the best ball control/dribbling in the game, I swear. If youre more of a passer or skill person, then maybe he wont suit you, but he walks past defenders easily. Also, he has a beast of a left foot shot and is perfect at playing through balls.
Price/Nationality/League: 17k / German / Liga BBVA
Rating: 10/10
Other Good CAM's: Moralez from Serie A is the Cheap Messi, hes just brilliant. Gerrard has perfect free kicks/corners.The PSG Lucas is really good for finishing goals.
Avoid these CAM's: Kaka
Why: Seems extremely slow and useless. Although, every 10 or so games, he will just become Jesus and score 100 goals, so maybe hes worth using for that moment.
Best LM: Gareth Bale
Why: SO FAST. SUCH A GOOD SHOT. Shame hes so expensive, hes amazing.
Price/Nationality/League: 60k / Wales / BPL
Rating: 9/10
Other Good LMs: NZogbia is great for a cheap BPL team, always scores for some reason. David Villa has a perfect shot, but hes pretty slow. Young has his moments.
Avoid these LMs: Nani.
Why: He just feels so bad go for Assaidi or Bale, much much better.
Best RM: Cuadrado.
Why: Fast, cheap, and has a great shot.
Price/Nationality/League: 1k / Columbia / Serie A
Rating: 8/10
Other Good RMs: Walcott is really good aswell, a close second. Di Maria can be good, but is pretty inconsistent. Johnson is a good, cheap RM in the BPL.
Avoid these RMs: Jesus Navas.
Why: Not as fast as you would hope, and he cant shoot to save his life! Go for Di Maria instead.
Best LW/LF: Giovinco
Why: 92 pace/dribbling, and hes amazing at crossing and finishing. Really a perfect LW.
Price/Nationality/League: 3k / Italian / Serie A
Rating: 9/10
Other Good LW/LFs: Assaidi is good for a BPL team, if youre on a budget. He can have some great games.
Avoid these LW/LFs: Well, Hazard, Iniesta and Robinho.
Why: Hazard isnt as fast as youd think, but he does have a good shot. Not good value for money. Iniesta cant dribble atall, and his through balls are mediocre at best, also not good value for money. Robinho just doesnt feel like a 5* dribbler, very clunky and frustrating to use.
Best RW/RF: Sturridge?
Why: Hes fast and good at crossing. I dont use much RWs though, so I wouldnt know.
Price/Nation/League: 2k / England / BPL
Rating: 7.5/10
Other good RW/RFs: Palacio was like Jesus when I first used him. Never lived up to the expectation since then though, maybe he was patched or something.
Avoid these RW/RFs: Ben Afra.
Why: Not even half as smooth or as good as you would hope; a very poor player.
Best CF: Cassano!
Why: Amazing long shots, and perfect at setting striker up for goals. Dribbles like a king.
Price/Nation/League: 2k / Italian / Serie A
Rating: 9/10
Other good CFs: Zarate is amazing, hes like a downgraded messi. Just awesome.
Avoid these CFs: Suarez </3
Why: As much as I love him, hes terrible in this game. All around poor player.
Best ST: Luis Muriel.
Why: Fastest player Ive ever used, best dribbler Ive ever used (behind Ozil), incredible at setting up goals, and best finished in the game. (well maybe Falcao is a little better). Thus guy is just the best player in the game, period. Ive never used Messi, but I dont see him being better than Muriel. Cant recommend him enough.

Other good STs: Ba (CFC) always scores for some reason, but hes slow. Borini is the best cheap striker in the BPL. Hernandez/Miccoli/Mirallas are all great and cheap!

Why: Pato ALWAYS scores against me, but when I use him he couldnt score an open goal from 5 yards. -.- Sturridge is terrible, no idea what happened to 92 pace, it feels like he has 70, max.
Probably missed out loads of players, but whatever.
