So i want to hoswap my xbox but when i look on youtube it says you need a t10 / star type screw driver is that true ? or is there a different way ?

it is called a torx bit. you will need both a t8 and a t10 to get the x clamps/ring of light out as well as the regular case. these can be purchased at any hardware shop including your local radioshack. there are also ones online for fairly cheap and i have an extra one i could probably sell you if you couldnt find one. what exactly do you plan on doing when you take your xbox apart? i have been repairing for over a year nearly two now so pm me with any questions you have and i can probably answer them.
