try the towel trick first and see how long it lasts then when it brakes just get a reball or reflow

Do NOT do the towel trick! It can damage your jtag/RGH.

NEVER Do the towel trick it can and will damage the xbox and dont do the temp xclamp fix either their both stupid ideas. I had the same problem so unplug every cord on both ends of the xbox and wherever else and let it set for about 20 mins then see if it works if not send it in to a professional and get it reflowed and reballed or just repaired overall! If you cant find or dont know a professional i know a few i could direct you to to get it done.
