does anyone else have this problem cus it just say that I cant download the compatibility pack when I try and download it

anybody know the problem or have any idea why this is?

I can't download it either, someone needs to find a fix for this fast.

yeah I have no idea what it is and its really annoying cus im trying to plan online but it wont let me cus I have to download this thing that it wont let me download fml lol

but yeh I tried deleting my old compatibility packs from my hard drive but it just made me re-download them so it didn't really work
