just go on ur minecraft luncher and go to optins and forc update

Its typicaly in an folder named ' .minecraft ' and this is in your local %appdata%

Open the folder I suggested and open it up in WinRar, delete the META folder and drag and drop. Look up a full tutorial.

I also suggest Magic Launcher as it loads mods for you.

Do this.

Press Windows (the key on bottom left with the windows symbol) and R at the same time. You should get a search window. Type in %appdata% . Click on .minecraft and got to bin and then open up the Executable .Jar file named "Minecraft" With Win-rar (not sure if 7zip works so try WinRAR) Now you should see all these files, and there should be a folder named META-INF. Delete this. It will not affect you at all, and you will be perfectly fine. Now copy all the .class files from the mod folder, and paste them with all the other .class files you see when you scroll down in WinRAR. You should be good! Also, don't forget Modloader or Minecraft Forge may be needed for most mods! Have fun
