Me personally my favorite was the Final boss in Kirby and the amazing mirror and my least favorite has to be Alduin from skyrim they made dlc with better end game bosses than alduin

My favorite is a tie between Vamp in Metal gear solid 4, and Sniper Wolf in Metal Gear Solid 1. Least favorite, Alduin for sure. Not only was it too easy, it was just not what I expected AT all. Very lame, the end of Oblivions main story was 100x cooler.

i take my favorite one back after remembering it more my favorite was the final boss in The legend of zelda skyward sword...and idk if this is considered a boss but the end of fable 2 where you just *spoilers*....shoot the guy and he dies that was really lame

Favorite; Turok against the T-REX, it just was epic for me at the time.

Least Favorite; Alduin for sure, it just sucked.
