I was thinking about putting this topic in the suggestions category but I chose this one for opinions.
For those of you who view the conspiracy forum regularly, you will know that it's more of a category that has become popular with philosophical debates, questions and polls, physics, neuroscience, mathematics and other similar topics. I was just thinking that because it is probably the main section for the most academic brains (along with PC support/programming) that it could be renamed to encourage more people to post their topics related to the categories above, rather than worrying about posting in the wrong section.
Of course, a new forum could be added but that could desert the conspiracy forum.... also, it is very neatly tied in with the above categories.
Just an easy suggestion.

Honestly, there are usually some good posts in the Conspiracy forum, but it's more of Paranormal and Scientific and dream world posts that are there. But it's a fairly good forum, when I first stumbled upon it, it was full of the smile dag stuff. I found it creepy but it was more creepy than scary. If anything there should be a "Creepypasta" type of forum, with like, ghost stories, and paranormal encounters, and other things like that. I would like to see that.

No because most of what get's posted there, not all is total bullcrap, Like "We're going to die in 2012" Never happened

Same with the years before that ect... Therefore all the conspiracy that people stir up gets posted in that forum. Like what people say should of happened but never happened, However there are a few good ones that get posted in the forum.

On every forum, there are idiots. Us smart people can just ignore the posts and work around them though. ;)

Exactly so there's no reason for staff to re-name the forum or make a newer one. It's all conspiracy, and where it's being posted is where it's deserved to be posted, personally I don't see a point for change on that forums name.

Yeah, I see people aren't really that into it. I just thought it would encourage more posts about science and philosophy.

How do you sum up conspiracy, theories, science, physics, health, foreign and domestic problems, philosophy, psychology, dreams, lucid dreams, sociology, theology, misanthropy and Zombies into one name?

The Thinkers Forum?

Then again, this sounds very big headed and people will most likely hate on it.

I think we should just stay labelled as the 'whack jobs who think the world will end' but our Philosophical debates will have to stay personal.
