There has been a trail left behind by Bethesda at Boston recently. In Fallout 3 the Commonwealth was mentioned and it's based in Boston. They've been going around pinpointing locations for a game in the future. We're bound to figure out if it's for an upcoming Fallout or something else. Although, either way, Bethesda makes great games! Obsidian, not too much. I wasn't into Fallout: NV as much as I was Fallout 3. This may be use to your excitement, or it may not be. I hope it is.

The voice actor of Three Dog hinted at seeing his character again so it's probably in some form of pre-production.

Bethesda bought the rights to make Fallout 4 so I cannot imagine they would waste their money. It has also been announced that they will be releasing Fallout 4 but have given us no set date, yet. Hopefully it will be released very soon!
