Dont know how to convert pics to 100kb for avatar want a new one but i dont no what to use can anyone help ?

You don't convert file sizes, you edit the picture.

Shrink it to 100x100 pixels first of all. If you're trying to use a gif you'd have to lower the amount of colors and maybe delete some frames.

You can use photoshop or paint.

If you want the file size smaller, change the format of the picture.

PNG is a large size so dont use that format.

Best way is to create it around 200x200 or 100x100

Creating 200x200 is fine as it will get resized and you can work on a larger canvas

Then...

File > Save for web
on the top click on 4up
Play with the settings on the right until you get below 100kb and save.
