I used to frequently use it but now its just people spamming RSPS and bots and stuff its getting pathetic and i dont really use it much now

I took this screen shot and marked all the rule violations a while ago. (Back when I thought the staff cared about this section). I don't have a date, but it shows that even "back in the day" this section was full of spam.

man ive being here for ages, but as yo can tell by my post count i dont post much. i remember when runescape used to be good now its gone downhill i think :/
