I have an iso file of a game, and I need to put it into xexmenu. Can I do it using a hdd and transfer cable? If so, how? My USB is too small.

Use an FTP program like FlashFXP, Download it extract and install to pc. On the jtag go to the Temp screen in xexmenu (RB) get your ip at the bottom off the screen.
Open flashfxp click "quick connect" enter the ip, the username and password is always: xbox.
change nothing else click connect.
Now you should have 2 windows left screen(pc)and right screen (jtag memory devices)
drag and drop files from window to window.
simples!
*you must keep your jtag in xexmenu or fsd for this to work.
