You aren't going to get a decent mobo or even graphics card for 40

Probably your best bet for the GPU

You won't get good performance at high resolutions with multiple screens with the 7750, but yes it supports up to 3 monitors.

Its near impossible to get a graphics card that runs everything like GTX 660 Ti or AMD 7870 those are around 150 pounds and will most likley never find them second hand sorry, I would just save up and buy a Motherboard GPU Pair for cheap like 480 pounds

Never find them second hand?

And you could buy a 7850/i3 for 236.27 pounds or even an 7850/i5 for 321.71 pounds which would be way cheaper then buying just a motherboard/gpu for $780 us dollars. You could even throw a z77 board in and it would still be cheaper then that 780$ mobo/gpu combo.
