There are certain chunks 16x16 in every world that spawn slime

My slime farm is at bedrock level, 3 high and probably about 48x116 and i have way to much slime to make pistons

Alright thanks... I made mine 3 blocks above bedrock and 30x30 and 3 high, there's tons of torches but there is absolutely no slimes spawning... Do you have any suggestions or know why they aren't spawning ?

Possibly because you aren't even in a slime chunk ? o.o

Well your problem is that you're not in a slime chunk which is 16x16 big in area. Plus using torches will lower the spawning rate for slimes to spawn since slimes can't spawn on non-opaque blocks meaning that mobs wont spawn on top where there's a torch so to fix that problem you would need replace the torches with glowstone since it's an opaque block.

My understanding is that Slimes do not spawn on any transparent type blocks such as glass which includes glowstone. My slime farms has tons of torches spaced evenly and still spawns loads of slimes. If you are worried about the torches reducing spawn rate, I saw on a youtube that using jack o latterns in the floor is a good way to light up the farm and not reduce any spawn rates
