hi guys recently my Black Ops 2 Game broke and I sent it to Activision with the Disc replacement Form and my RMA#. I sent it on December,12 from Canada but now on January, 4 my request is still open and it say they didn't received it. Is it because Activision Studios are closed for Christmas Hlidays because they said I would receive back my Back Ops 2 after 10 to 15 Buisness days. +rep for the answers

It's most likely because it's around the holidays. I'm sure a lot of mailing checkpoints, and maybe even their offices, would have been closed the past week or 2.
