I don't think you fully understand what a paradox is. You're asking if we believe in paradoxes, but you're not being specific. In general, paradoxes do exist, maybe you're asking for one you've heard of?

That's not a paradox. That's dimension. You're asking if we believe in alternate dimesions, scientists believe they can excist, its more plausible than God.

I read something somewhere on this sort of subject

I know it may seem a bit of an unreliable example but take Terminator for example, or the JJ Abrams Star Trek film,

by someone travelling back in time their VERY presence would make a new timeline, meaning the old one no longer exists.

So the whole paradox thing may not even happen because of the new timeline being branched off into a new one

BTW what I said above may not make any sense as I was sort of finding it difficult to put the idea into words

Anything is possible, I mean you can choose whether to punch somebody or not...think of the Cat in a Box Theory

Put Poison in a box and put a cat inside the box and close it so you cant see inside at all.

Wait a few hours and then there is 2 possible answers. The cat ate the poison and died
OR
The cat did not eat the poison and is alive


Until you open the box the cat is Alive and Dead at the same time...as you did not make the decision

As soon as you open that box the answer will have to be made...

Well it's official name is the Schrodinger Cat theory. But that is something that always interested me, it raps in with all those 'places are gone when theirs no one to see them' theories.
