That'll do for them tasks, you can also buy a cheap graphics card to go with it such as a GT 630 the PSU will support it .

Bad CPU
Overkill PSU.

OP, do not listen to him.
I can't recommend anything at the moment, but why AMD?

The CPU is what it is, the PSU isn't a overkill it's their to provide upgrades, and it's a reputable brand and he wont hit a 75% load at anytime with that build, you don't want his capacitors to explode..

Also no need for hate on AMD, the build can obviously be worked on.

But sure, if you believe thats a terrible build then here.

Intel Pentium G850 2.9GHz Dual-Core Processor
ASRock H77M Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case
Rosewill 350W ATX Power Supply
Samsung SH-224BB DVD/CD Writer

Mobo has a USB 3.0 header too .

The CPU is what it is... bad.
The PSU is overkill.
And i'm not hating on AMD, I asked why did he choose AMD specifically?

The CPU does a good job, were not here to discuss the facts and numbers on the CPU itself, the two builds I recommended are good enough for him and he won't run into problems when adding a graphics card, it's worth him spending 20 pound extra and getting a 450watt PSU over a 300 watt and having to spend another 50 to upgrade to a bigger PSU to be able to support the GPU, if you ask me the way you want to build the machine won't be good for the user in the long run if he/she decides to add a graphics card.
