Well if you go to translate.google.com and you type in die rise it auto-detects the language to german, which is what most zombie maps are named in, this translates to "the rise" this is obviously referring to the rise of the zombies. Although this doesn't reveal much about the location but for those saying its going to resemble high rise... your wrong... high rise was a mw2 map made by infinity ward, not treyarch, thus they cannot use something a different company used already due to copyright. Anyways post your thoughts...
