Possible Unlimited Juggernog Glitch

I was playing a regular game of Survival on Town and I got into a predicament where I needed to buy Juggernog, I bought it, and while I was drinking the cola, perhaps that has something to do with the glitch, I got downed then I got revived. I went to buy Juggernog, and it didn't give me the option to "Hold X to Buy(2500)". I then proceeded to EMP the machine, and then after the machine came back on, it said I already bought Juggernog, but I didn't buy it after I got downed.
Confusing? Yeah I know.
After that whole fiasco I was playing around, getting hit multiple times in a row, not getting downed. Then I got downed again, and while I was downed, I noticed Juggernog was still there above the round count.

So let me know what you guys think. I'll look more into it later tonight and post the progress here.

That is a permanent perk. Unlike persistent upgrades, permanent perks last forever.

Permanent perks only work on tranzit this is on survival

EMP'kng a PERK WHILE Drinking allows you to have it Multiple Times, untilyour partner goes to Grab the Perk.
Nice way to put it out there, this will be Patched Next week.
