This video I just made my own way on how to update it so Im pretty sure I did not steal this from anyone else.

Main things that you really need though is
1. usb/transferring kit
2.Flash 360- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Dash Launch 3.05- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
XeBuild_GUI_2.088.rar- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
3.Nand (Flashdmp.bin)
4.Rgh/Jtag

Yes thank you I should of done it like to show instead of telling you what to do but i already updated my jtag i didnt wanna mess it up by redoing it

ok cool I dont care i posted this up since i didnt copy it from someone else its my own way to update it.. and i did it for in case other people tuts arnt that good they can look at mine sinces its 100% much clear
