I'm A Very Well Organised Person And Plan Ahead I've Already Got The Permission To Partner Before Hand, I Have The Hubs & Central, I Have A Few Staff Already Willing To Help Me But Obviously Need Some More And For Motivation, It Improves As I Believe The Network Would Be Increasing And As In Time I Only Go College Two Days A Week.

Yeah sorry about that I seem to type faster when I use caps constantly which is weird.

As for college its only 2 days a week and I'm fully up to work and currently have about 2 - 3 months before a unit is due in so I have a lot of free time.

It's a lot more difficult than what you think.
