What will happen if i sign into my Partners Net account on my regular xbox? will i be banned? will i still beable to play on pnet on the regular xbox? thanks :p

I don't think you can even sign in on a retail with that. If you can, they yes a ban.

In short, nothing will happen - if I recall, it will simply display an error message upon sign in. PartnerNet (PNet) is an alternative to Xbox Live, developers-only alternative at that, it is used to beta test game content downloads, and games developed for the Xbox Live Arcade. XDKs run unsigned code, they are intended to be able to do this from production. They are not able to connect to Xbox Live.
