Hi i am having trouble buying things on kingdoms at war.

i try buying something and it says "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction" then says "error purchasing from app store" Cannot connect to iTunes Store (0)

Can someone please help!?

btw i can buy things on my ipod but not on my iphone.

No its not jailbroken and ive tryed resetting it to factory setting and still doesnt work!
