Hello, does anyone know how to rip copyright protected dvds from the disk to my laptop? This is just so I don't have to carry dvds around when I go on a long journey and want to watch a movie.

Yeah but most the demo videos are quite old, and I tried them and they didn't seem to crack the copyright protection

I used to do that but now my ISPs trace torrents and may restrict my bandwith, so if 've bought the movies I might aswell rip them

go onto google and type in "dvd ripper/burner" and download one of them, thats what i use when burning dvds to discs when i didnt download them mate x

i use this software called DVD gold and it lets you do it. i bought it at frys for like $20

Ive been using that program for years. Its free too and its the best and I used so many other programs but this is fast and still the same quality (HD)
