I got two days ago untill I went to town and got a Wired Cable. I Just Set if up and tested my connection at Xbox live part of connection it said this Console Has Been Banned. Did I Do something wrong or what

You don't connect a jtag consol to Xbox live you use exe menu

I'm guessing you were trying to do system link lobbies? You don't need to connect your jtag to xbl. It just needs to be on the network ie. visible on the router by the retail console.
