I was looking around on Elite and looked at my rank. it shows that there is another prestige after Prestige Master.
Then i came across this article that they were adding more

There's no real need to add more though badges a nice so far the might just use less artistic badges, and you can reset yourself to go up prestiges anyways.

i dont like how the 14th from BO1 is 8th prestige and now 14th in bo2
