so my soccer club is going to spain in march to do training camps with real madrid and barcelona, i want to go but it is 4500$ and my sister is graduating this year so were really tight on money, my mom said if i really really wanted to go they could make something happen but idk if i want to do that or go to provincials at the end of the season(provincials is all the best teams in my province play in a tourny) and it would make christmas and all summer more enjoyable...
let me know your thoughts

If it is something that would make you happy/is beneficial to you, and it is financially possible to do without too much problem, then go for it.

If you would just be going to say that you are going, or if it would be so much of a financial burden to go that y'all would struggle for a little bit, then don't go.

Like I said, don't do it if you are just doing it to say you went. If you will end up feeling guilty about it, may not be the best idea to go. Though, if you're family is more than willing to make it happen, and you really want to go, and it will benefit you, I would go for it. I was in a similar situation a couple of years ago, when I was being recruited for swimming, and was offered a chance to go swim with the college's national team. It's just something where only you will know how much you can benefit from it. If you are really passionate about it, then your family will back your decision to go 100%, and will be willing to make the sacrifice.

Well there is that fact that money is tight as it is, your sister is graduating so i assume that's gonna be a bit costly if shes going to be having a party or what ever. So the money is already tight but if you really want to do this and your family said they would get the money together then you should go and not hold a burden
on yourself , just don't put to much thought into this just make a decision.But if there is a thing you could do that the family would benefit from all together even you go for that and don't go to the soccer thingy.

I would say don't go since you are most likely going to affect others in the decision that you do go. Just my opinion. I'm a selfless person, so I usually tend to look at how others are affected before myself.
