Well the voice you hear from the nuketown sheltier is supposedly marlton, but it could always turn out to be someone other than him in there. That is completely possible and i hope noone is ignorant enough to disagree(although im certain someone will).

I disgaree because every quote he says in Nuketown are actual quotes he and only he says

I dont think this is true since you hear the progress of moon, and richtofin takes over the zombies. And when you start tranzit the zombies eyes are blue.
