This is not how it works. my k/d in Zombies should give me the shotguns by your method, but in fact my rank goes down the less I play. Last time I didnt play for a few days I went backt to just the skull and my hash marks when from 4 to 2.

After reading a few posts I agree with this. The same happened to me after not playing for several days.

there is a certain factor like total games played that keeps you from making a new account and having shotguns after 1 game, certain requirements for each emblem

I don't think this is correct I have a 102.7 K/D and i'm still at Skulls.

Rank: Skull with knife + Blue eyes

I'm not sure if you mean kills to downs or kill to death because I have the skull with the knife and my kill to death is 210.76 but my kill to downs is 89.45 so depending on what you meant this may or may not be true
