You can get Nuclear Fallout which is probably what you probably mean. To remove Nuclear Fallout, you need to remove all your clothes and clean them out in a shower, not a washing machine or bath. The same goes for your body, wash yourself in the shower and with a soapy solution and with a sponge or brush.
