soo.. I just got bo2 for my birthday and when i put it in the tray it says "unrecognizeable disc" ..? LOL this is **** up. i just need to know if there is a fix to this problem. Halo 4 works just fine. i heard t-arc was working on patching this but i dont know. all i know is that microsoft sucks **** dick and ruined my birthday. any help is appreciated

No, the xbox is not too old to read the disc, I play Black Ops 2 on a console from 2006. There is probably a scratch on the disk, or some other less obvious problem with it. It's not Microsoft's fault in any way.

Thats what happend to me but i just to it back to the store i bought it from and they gave it to me.

its a brand new disc plus other people are also having this problem and they say they exchanged it 3 times still doesnt work.

It's definitely not too old. What it actually is is a fault in your disc drive disabling it from reading it. Also make sure that you have the latest update on the xbox.
