Today i got on my xbox and put Borderlands 2 in. As the game started up, i was required to update, so i did. I get on after the update, and i notice that when i use my lvl 150 siren account, i can no longer use my lvl 127 guns. I no longer have 2 billion health, nor do i have insane damage.
So i decide to save the game on my usb flash drive and load it up horizon and then on Gibbed Save Editor R138. I am an experienced modder for this game, so i now how to use it. I do everything correctly. What i tried to do was lower the lvl on my awesome weapons down to 50. But i could not even load my save when i clicked open.
This is what the message said: "Failed to load save; reencode mismatch."
So this tells me that Gibbed Save Editor R138 has officially been patched. Well for me it has. SEE IF IT WORKS FOR YOU AND POST A COMMENT BELOW ON HOW IT WENT!
I think it is time for a NEW GIBBED SAVE EDITOR. Post below if you know of a later version of gibbed save editor. R139 or above.

Type ( blog.gib.me ) in to google - I'm having problems with Modding skill points With this Update seems like you cant put more than 100 SKills points on at a time.

Apparently there is a revision called 142 out there, but it STILL won't let you mod your level past 50 and it won't allow you to even mod your inventory space anymore either.
I messaged the guy there and he basically told me to scr*w off.....
So I told him that he's a coward and now I'm wondering if there is anymore inventive people out there anymore that can fix this issue or just make a brand new mod tool for us....
So far it seems that there won't be a mod tool for leveling anymore, but currently I'm trying to use the old mod tool that first came out with python and hopefully I'll get somewhere.
If this doesn't get fixed soon I'll be done playing Borderlands 2 because I deserve to play how I want with the MY MONEY for the game I paid for.
I paid for the game so now let me play it how I want to.

I did it with Modio, added a new save and all. (Pretty much the easy way) and when I got on the new one, I still couldn't use anything over level 50, but I still had my ridiculous health. I'm saddened yet glad that I wont be playing with randoms on my legit and suddenly up pops a level 150.

I'm kinda glad they patched the backpack modding, now there wont be people who pop into a game and pollute your game with hundreds of legendary guns and skins, which can cause lag with four people in a game.

- glad you're going to quit playing borderlands 2...second you don't know what you're talking about in your post. You can mod your level past 50...Rick doesn't work for you and I don't blame him for telling you to get lost. You can't mod your inventory past the game max because GB does a hard reset when the game loads...Rick can't effect that.

Wow totally screw you guys for first.
Second I never cared about borderlands in the first place because that's the only fun thing about borderlands was modding.
I've talked to thousands of people on the go for buisness, in random chat places and forums and even on my gamertags friends list.
They all said the most entertaining thing was to mod and you can all stfu because I'm going to hex it myself or even .gpd edit it if I have to I don't care what it takes I'll be as relentless as it takes if that is what it needs to mod past level 50.
I KNOW you can't mod past level 50 anymore because when you do it only makes you "look" like your 60, but doesn't give you any stat changes in health wise or shield.
Plus, on the side just to flip all you off I still get my unlimited keys without having to glitch so screw you all too.

wrong again. You get the stat changes to your health. I just raised a character level and verified that.
It's also funny that you're talking about hexing it yourself or gpd edit then you jump on xboxmb and ask for someone to do it for you.
