I have had this before and this is how i fixed

Unplug any hdd, USB, everything! It should now boot into dev kernal, but it will not boot ANYTHING else, you will have 1 screen, that is it, Now what you need to do, is install xex menu to a USB and put flash 360 on the root of that usb along with your previous (non dev) nand. Once you have done that plug the usb into your jtag and open up xex menu through quick play on the quick guide button, it should boot, locate flash 360 and flash your previous backup nand. If done correctly you can plug everything back in and keep it that way or try again

when I flash in flash360 i get these two options which do I chose. ( I renamed my (non dev)nand to "updflash.bin" or should I keep it the same.
Button A = Raw Flash with keeping current kv/config
Button B = Raw Flash without keeping curent kv/config
