On the last quest for the new Dragonborn DLC titled At the Summit of Apocrypha I am having an issue collecting a dragon soul to be able to unlock the last bend will word of power. It seems that Miraak is consistently stealing dragon souls every time I defeat a dragon, is this a common issue of the quest or am I doing something wrong?
