My gamer tag that got banned is SwA x NiTROz
I woke up and it said that I'm banned till 31/12/9999
In haven't hack or modded and they haven't sent a email either
I only just put a 3 months membership and 2100 points on
What should I do, am I intitled to to get my points and membership back
Please help thank you for reading

Just call microsoft and ask them what the ban was issued for and about. Im sure you did something though

they don't ban you for no reason mate and they always send an e-mail, there is something you're not telling us

They banned you for a reason and whatever you did you forfeited you MSP and XBL membership but feel free to contact support if you wish to appeal but your chances of retrieving anything back are very slim.

I got console banned for no reason,, no email was sent or anything .. i think somethings going on with microsoft
