I'll go with

LM: Young
LB: Clichy
CB: Kaoul with David Luiz
GK: Cech

CM: Ramires with cazorla

ST: Balotelli with Hernandez

I think ur 130K will cover these improvements

My opinion would be to change dawson for someone like kompany, maybe..

now that is a team I like! I would have to try and swap podolski for someone though haha

Putting Tevez as a ST would drive you insane and I'm not saying that as I'm a UTD fan I have Aguero but Tevez and his high/high workrates are just annoying he will always be out of stamina
