I have had that same problem, just do it again, I recommend doing it split-screen, that way nobody's stats get hurt in the process.

there isnt any posts of this actually this is about when you buy the perk and hwat it does when you already have the perma perk aswell

yeh if you do it in splitscreen then go online it will stay but if you have perma perk and buy that perk then it makes it faster or stronger or whatever haha

yeh but it could maybe add something aswell like it could do something to the perma perk or something.
once i find out all of them and if im wrong then okaii but lets find out.
