Sit wrote Hey guys, i am wanting to change YouTube networks but realised that the contract has locked me in for 3 years. I figured the only way to get out is if they kicked me, but how?

Before anyone asks, i have asked to be removed but they said no..

Can anyone give me tips on getting kicked, without affecting my channel (copyright etc)?

Thanks for your time, rewards

You didn't hear this from me but i had the same problem a while ago with another Network Called Yeousch here is how you do it email Networks @ support.youtube.com and tell them you are wanting to leave the current network you are in on good terms with youtube and the network you are currently in, they will automatically release you within 48 hours.

Although You May Want To Read The Contract To Make Sure You Don't Do Anything Wrong Trying To Get Kicked Out

Just to let you know if you try anything like try and get a strike etc. Vultra (Bent Pixels) have the power to disable your YouTube account from ever being a partner or even monetizing again.

I would be careful what you signed was a document that could can and will put you liable, for various things. Legal documents are made for people 18+ and not for people below them to start trying to figure away out of them.

Hope that helped.

I am from Vultra. I recruit channels to be partnered. I am going to get in touch with the CEO of vultra and see what he has to say. I dont take it, it will go well being you posted this publicly... Not the best idea.

Additionally, the accusations you have made in regards to Vultra have no factual basis. The contract that you signed was supposed to be read thoroughly and understood before signing your name to it, which you did. It is not our fault that you are not willing to live up to your legally binding contract and therefore are trying to circumvent a legal document by alternative, mind you illegal, means. If you had a problem with our payouts, this should have been addressed before establishing the a fore mentioned legally binding contract.

And here we go... I get this all too often, someone not familiar with the legal aspect and bashing things that are actually the best out of any network. Solid respect right there. If I sound irritated throughout any of this, I am.

Let me just put all of this into perspective for you, so that maybe you can see our side of the work before I point out exactly what needs to be said about your "points of interest" or as in your case would find them to be "flaws".

I'm the Director of Partnerships at Vultra, third in command, co-owner of the company. I can guarantee that this knowledge I'm going to give you, you can't argue with because I am right...

I work with more than 100 people a day, whether it be in skype calls, support emails, personal emails, partnering channels, checking copyright, reviewing legal documents, etc. Its a stressful job. Its one that I can tell you, if you were in my position, you'd be pissed if someone was complaining as well.

I deal directly with YouTube, I deal with any partner that has a problem or concern, I work more than anyone I know and when I'm getting petty complaints that have no factual base or are not my fault, yes it pisses me off. Let me point a few things out to you:

1) You signed a legally binding contract. Want out? Sucks, because you signed fully knowing the length of the term. No one made you sign it

2) Payout sucks? Lol are you living in the middle of the desert or something? We have the HIGHEST payout among any network in all or North America and the large majority of Europe. Want to crunch the stats, bring it up to me and I'll prove it otherwise.

3) No responses? This is the only one I'm only going to partially give you because the man who handles them has been known to miss a few. But what do you do? Try different avenues, there isn't just one person you can talk to. We have multiple staff for a reason. We are a tool to your success, use us.

4) Starting/talking slanderous things that have no factual base upon the moorings doesn't help you at all. In fact, its incriminating. So be careful what you say, I'll just say that.

I am primarily responding to this, not to be a d*ck, but to inform you that there is a LOT more than you think that goes into our jobs, that we do for little or no return from you the partners. All we ask for is a little respect, and when we don't even get that for the amount of hours we put in to help give you the best tools and chances possible, well that's where I draw the line. Need to talk to me about something? My skype: jordan.vultra or my email: jordan @ vultra.tv both work. I'll help you with anything you need as long as a mutual respect is there.
