Heres your problem none of them record party chart sorry the only thing that could allow you to do that would be if your microphone was also connected to your computer or you had two you used at once but the Elgato, HD Pvr, and the Roxio are the best by far If you have the money go elgato if not roxio will do.

I use a roxio game cap it is ok but not the best. It will record other peoples voices but not yours.

they do record party chat you have to set it so the sound comes out of your TV and your headset and the HD PVR will pick it up i know because i have got one and i have done it

just set voice to speakers only or both on xbox 360

To hook it up to party chat, play voice through your TV and your good to go.

Little but more on price with HDPVR2. I'd reccomend for people with price issues to go with roxio game capture HD pro.

Roxio Game Capture is awful, it records in 480p (standard definition)

Roxio Game Capture HD Pro is cheap and records both HDMI and Component aswell as up-scaling the footage to 1080p aswell as built-in livestream capabilities (Twitch TV) to livestream to YouTube you need one of the following partnerships, TGN, Yeousch, Machinima or Fullscreen & these require approximately 1000 views a day and a certain amount of subscribers.
