Is there any way to spoof my location (For the Halo 4 King of The Hill App crap) on the iPhone 5 without having to jailbreak it, because there is not jailbreak out yet for 6.0+?

You cant fake your location on a ios device without jailbreaking it first. Just use the computer method that was posted on here.
