The only one that allows item modding is Soliditudation but all it allows is items with 000 at the start of the code, and only one item at a time, plus you must sacrifice an item/s to switch. It also requires a container that has never had any item in it. Its easier to just ask someone with the PC version to mod your save.

Such as me! I have the time to mod your saves just make sure you put them into the correct format such as player.additem 0000000F 10000 for 10000 gold. Just saying hey can you do this for me and give me a bunch of crap I have to type up myself will just cause me to not do your save right away.

Anyway, LycosDevanos will tell you that I do have a pretty quick turnaround on game saves. If you need to post your save, you will have to save the game to a USB thumb drive, plug the thumb drive into your PC, and use a program like Modio or Horizon to download the save from your thumb drive to your PC. Upload using Mediafire as they are free website for uploads and I will get your save done as quickly as possible.

Just checked, and your thinking either of Oblivion or of a pure gamesave. Either way both are not what the OP seeks.
