And since so many people do theyll just ban you by the hundreds, even thousands. Usually exploiters, modders and glitchers do not undergo judgement. They just paint you all with the same brush.

They can so, even if it takes them months.

They won't be console banned though.

First offense: User will be temporarily banned from playing the game online, will have their stats & emblems reset, and will have their leaderboard entries deleted.

They can ban consoles from their own servers, but not from xbox live. They have no power to ban a user's gamertag or console from xbox live other than reporting the offender to microsoft and hoping they take action.

What is this CodTV glitch? And they cannot IP ban you. They don't run XBL at all haha.
Microsoft wouldn't allow them to make a decision like that.

From what I understand you just watch a video and it puts you to rank 55 to prestige. However, if you rank max to 10th 55, you cannot join any games. In order to combat this, people just prestige to 10th level 1 so they can play public games.

Microsoft would never allow treyarch to ban people from xbox live, because microsoft is liable for any unfair banning that treyarch might do.

Reminds me of last years prestige token glitch. There is an actual standard they go by to ban people. Last year i wasn't banned with over 500 tokens used. Hopefully this glitch won't be banned if you haven't passed a certain prestige. Good luck to all who did it.

Trust me everybody will be banned, before they even released the game, they said they are not playing around when it comes to cheating.
