Hey guys look at my parts list and
do i need the amd 7770 or could i use the intergrated graphics for a while then install it in a few months? And does my mobo support the i5 3570K? Because if i dont get a graphics card it will cost around 450 and is alot cheaper and better and i could just get the graphics card later!

Hey r00t, I am in a dilemma. I really want a 670 but I can't really afford it right now. Should I wait a couple months or buy a 7950? I heard the 7950 is good but is it really good? Thanks a lot!

thats my list of the ones i like can you please give me your top 3 or 4 thanks

one more thing is 2 HD7770 any good?

I've yet to find anything in the UK besides the Core 3000 that gives you more for your money than the Zalman Z9 does. Both have my recommendation and it comes down to your style preference. For me, Core 3000 no doubt.

Also, instead of two 7770s, it's a better choice in the long run to get a single more powerful card.

The build is almost perfect if it is prioritized right for you, but you need a heatsink if you'll be using the 3570K and a Z77 board. Otherwise, get an i5-3470 and a B75 board. If you're not gaming, or will only do light gaming, I'd drop it down to a 7750. You can use the integrated graphics, though, but it if this is for gaming there's no sense in that.

It is REALLY good, particularly the triple-fan Gigabyte model. It overclocks like a champ, even more so than the regular 7950, and the new drivers buff the performance even more. The 670 is a good card too, but they're at different price points. Both are great buys.

You can use google for a more detailed explanation. Graphics cards have their own ways of processing games and displaying graphics. GPU = graphics processing unit, so each GPU performs slightly differently. Depending on the card's core clock/mem clock/ amount of memory, it will get more/less FPS on x and y game. You'll usually see the difference between AMD and Nvidia cards. Some higher priced Nvidia cards are beaten by lower priced AMD cards, and vice versa. As far as Minecraft specifically, it doesn't take much to run. My dad's Nvida GT 210, which is purely entry-level, runs Minecraft at ~70-80 FPS. As long as you're above 60 you should be fine. Also your CPU and Ram play into your gaming performance. Just worry about your build and when the time comes you can upgrade.

Yea I get around 60-250 fps on normal with fancy and advanced open gl on etc. Dont like playing on far because I see chunks loading but Normal runs really smooth.
