ISo has a lot better mods as it is on a disk and installed to hard drive an you can give others infections and the menu your using

an ISO mod can run GSC mods (really good mods e.g whole lobby infections) whereas the USB can only host Basic mods

ISO Modz : Can be hosted for multiple people online and can also give infections
