Will this run minecraft on max settings? Im not really tech-savy. haha.

1.70GHz, 1MB Cache

-AMD Radeon HD 7340 Graphics card

Your GPU will be able to run Minecraft on Low Settings, Don't expect very high FPS, Its not a strong GPU.

The CPU is the one that will struggle to run Minecraft.

So No, Your CPU will struggle to keep up with Minecraft, and Minecraft isnt a high demanding game.
